All Symptoms, Diagnosis and Past Treatment

Here I am trying to give you an overview of all the Symptoms I had in the past years, what diagnoses I got, which treatment I received and the results of it.  I don’t remember all of it so here it goes:

Symptoms:

  • Knee, Leg, Feet:
    • Knee pain during drumming long walks or standing.
    • The main knee pain area is on the upper left side of the patella and would spread into the left side of the thigh.
    • Pain on the right and down side of the patella.
    • Sometimes pain in the middle of my thigh.
    • Pain on my right foot a little inward behind the little toe.
    • Pain in my ankle spread from the front of my calf.
    • Calves tense up easily.
  • Arm, Neck, Shoulder:
    • Pain in my wrist.
    • Pain in my thumb
    • Pain in my upper right forearm, and it can be intensified with drumming.
    • Pain in my elbow.
    • Sometimes pain spreading from the front of the shoulder into my upper arm.
    • Pain at the inner side of my shoulder blades.
    • Rounded shoulder, where my right shoulder is hanging more than my left
    • Few times tingling in my fingers, with sometimes waking up and my entire arm being numb.
    • Stiff neck and shoulders.
    • Sometimes pain spread from the front of the shoulder to my chest
  • General:
    • To tense muscles.
    • Sometimes Muscle twitching.
    • Bad posture  a  hollow round back.
    • Sometimes pain behind my right ear.
    • Few Spasm in my jaw or calf.
    • Often tired and become headaches. 

 

Diagnosis and Tests:

  • Knee, Leg, Feet:
    • I had several NMRI showing that with my knee is everything okay besides a little mucosal fold.
    • My patella should be out of position.
    • I had two gait analysis which show that my knees are rotated inward, which causes stress on my patella and could be the problem for my Knee pain.
    • Diagnosed with Flat feet.
  • Neck, Shoulder, Forearm:
    • I had an NRMI of my Shoulder and Neck both are okay.
    • My forearm pain should come from a pinched nerve.
    • My forearm was diagnosed with a tennis elbow.
    • Rounded shoulder syndrome.
    • Diagnosed with cervical spine syndrome causing my neck, shoulder and arm pain.
    • Measurement of the nerve conduction velocity resulting in diagnose of carpal tunnel syndrome, responsible for my wrist pain.
  • General:
    • Negative test on rheumatism and borreliosis.
    • Blood test of thyroid, vitamin C, D, E, H , B1, B6,, B12, Calcium, Magnesium, and Ferritin.  Everything is in order.
    • Dysbalance of my muscles causing bad posture, inward rotation of my knees and muscle tension.

Treatment:

  • Knee, Leg, Feet:
    • No Result:
      • Riding the bicycle every day, to cure the patella deformation. Knee hurt while bicycling.
      • Knee surgery. The mucosal fold was removed and no patella disorder was found. Still the knee pain continued.
      • Multiple physical therapy with massage, trigger point treatment, stretching and exercises.
    • Partial Success:
      • Special foot orthotics, in combination with stretching and physical exercise reduced knee pain during daily activities.
  • Neck, Shoulder, Forearm:
    • No Result:
      • Shock wave therapy for my tennis elbow and shoulder.
      • Multiple physical therapy with massage, trigger point treatment, stretching and exercises.
    • General:
      • No Result:
        • Neural therapy. The injection were into Trigger points.
