Day 6 Week 3

Times of the morning round. I don’t know, just can’t focus that well in the morning on the breathing. Did the cold shower after my work out and again felt really great and relaxed.

The times 1:12, 1:39, 1:43, 1:36 inverted rows: 23

So I did my first outside breathing round this noon. 10 degrees in T-Shirt in the sun. Such a great feeling in the last round I was so relaxed. The meditation afterwards felt great, so relaxed, peaceful and some colors going on focusing on my forehead. Also my body felt warm all the way.
