Day 4 Week 3

Times of the first round in the morning. Did an extended round in the afternoon and again saw some colors during meditation. The cold shower was awesome again. Really breathing breathing and mindset on I am warm works best. Also important after the shower wait 30 sec or so before drying. The get the heat in the body going.

The times 1:44, 1:47, 1:41, 1:55 pushups: 21
