Day 4 Week 1

Today it was very good. I found a good breathing pace. Did the breathing today with open eyes and it felt better. The retention I did with my eyes closed and could focus on my body. Overall more relaxed than yesterday.

Times of today: 1:51, 2:11, 2:20

After the stretches I did my work out program followed by a cold shower. Felt awesome and warm after it.
